Non-flowering plant (The ferns)


The non-flowering plant:


  • reproduces by spores (found on the underside of the leaves)

  • cannot produce flowers at all

  • Examples of non-flowering plants: moss, ferns, conifers such as pines

The world of snails



We spent an exciting 2 weeks on the study of snails in our Science lessons. We learned to draw and label a diagram of a snail. The observations from the "cotton bud" experiment reveal one characteristic of living things which is 'Living Things respond to chnages around them'.
